This tool does simple arithmetic on the values you enter. It makes no claims about any product and includes no comparison figures. Change any input to see every number update.
How this math works
Every number the calculator shows comes straight from the four values you enter. There are no benchmarks and no hidden assumptions. Here is each calculation in plain terms.
Leads per month
Your monthly lead spend divided by your cost per lead. If you spend $1,500 at $25 per lead, that is 60 leads a month.
Leads never contacted, and the spend on them
Your contact rate is the share of leads you actually reach. Whatever is left is the share you never speak with. Multiply that share by your cost per lead and you get the money spent on leads that never turned into a conversation. At a 40% contact rate, 6 in 10 leads are never reached, and everything you paid for them is spend with nothing to show for it.
Effective cost per contacted lead
Your total spend divided by the number of leads you actually reach. Because you pay for every lead but only talk to some of them, the real cost of a conversation is higher than the sticker price. A $25 lead at a 40% contact rate costs about $62.50 for each lead you reach.
Effective cost per sale
Your total spend divided by the sales it produces, where sales are the contacted leads that close. This is the number that matters most, because it tells you what a customer actually costs once unreached and unclosed leads are accounted for.
Annualized wasted spend
The monthly spend on leads you never contact, multiplied by twelve. It projects a single month of waste across a full year so the cost is easier to weigh.
The point of the calculator is not to tell you your numbers are bad. It is to make the hidden costs visible so you can compare them against the alternative: generating your ownexclusive leadsthat reach you the moment a form is submitted.
